IWC recommend that wooden floors are treated beforehand with a wooden floor primer prior to applying the flooring lacquer. Single-pack water-based basecoat are great for interior applications and help to guarantee exceptional elasticity and durability, improve adhesion, high transparency, film build and an ideal foundation for parquet lacquers.
