IWC use specialist parcel delivery services for all our deliveries. Paints cannot be delivered by conventional parcel networks as the delivery of dangerous goods including, without limitation any dangerous good as listed in the European Agreement Concerning the Carriage of Goods (ADR) 2009 (‘Dangerous Goods’) requires specialist handling. All goods leave from our warehouse here in Colchester, Essex.
IWC understand the importance that appropriate Health and Safety measures adhered to. We continually assess and monitor potential risks for the benefit of our employees, customers and the general public.
IWC offer Free delivery on orders of £75.00 and over excluding VAT on a next day service (to England Mainland). We will send you an email when your goods have been dispatched, along with any applicable tracking details. Free Delivery excludes weekends, public holidays and out of zone areas such as the Scottish Highlands.
All carriage prices are quoted without V.A.T.
Only orders of £75.00 + VAT or over that are dispatched in their entirety will be eligible for free delivery. If only part of the order is dispatched on the instructions of the customer, a delivery charge will be incurred if the cost of the goods to be sent are under £75.00 + VAT in value.
Our parcel network deliver Monday-Friday between 8am – 6pm unless a Saturday delivery or timed delivery is explicitly requested. There are no deliveries on Sunday or Bank/Public holidays and orders received after cut off 14:00 will be despatched for delivery the following working day.
Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your delivery address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Delivery. We reserve the right to change or discontinue our free delivery policy at any time although this will not affect existing orders.
Deliveries will need to be signed for at the point of delivery unless you have left delivery instructions on your order to leave in a safe place. For enquiries relating to any deliveries please contact us on 0333 3208 583 or email@example.com
On occasions where delivery cannot be made, a card will be left detailing how you can make alternative arrangements for delivery with the courier. The courier will attempt to deliver your order a maximum of 3 times. You will also receive updates in order for you to make a suitable rearranged delivery.
Next Day delivery and Saturday Service is available on stocked items for orders received before 3pm only (unless stated otherwise – product specific).
You will receive email confirmation of your order once it has been placed. Once a consignment number has been allocated you will receive despatch confirmation with your invoice attached.
There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details on the address page of the Checkout. If you are registered with us, you can add in additional addresses in 'My Account'.
Any time or date named by IWC for delivery is an estimate only and we shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss whether arising directly or indirectly out of a delay in delivery.
